ULTIMA-TIG is constructed with a unique disposal container that automatically collects all toxic dust particles, eliminating the need for separate exhaust systems. The container can be disposed of via your distributor or BH Tungsten Grinders.

Cold wet grinding combined with the diamond wheels high grinding speed ensures that the tungsten electrode always has a polished and even surface.

With ULTIMA-TIG you will achieve the exact angle that you require. A special locking device positions the electrode precisely, and the grinding is carried out in the correct longitudinal direction along the electrode. A precise angle is not only important to the quality of the welding seams but it increases the number of re-ignitions between grinding. Thus prolonging the electrode life.

ULTIMA-TIG is easy to use. Place the electrode in the electrode holder. Adjust the pointer to the required grinding angle and insert the tungsten electrode into the combined stick-out and locking device. After the grinding has taken place you can, if needed, flatten the tip by placing the electrode clamp in the 90 degree position.

ULTIMA-TIG is available in 220V and 110V and comes complete with a 2 metre cable, 250ml bottle of grinding liquid, diamond wheel, electrode clamps (1.6mm-3.2mm), electrode holder, disposable container complete with liquid and a stainless steel stand. ULTIMA-TIG is CE marked and meets all current EU regulations.

BH Tungsten Grinders has, with the development of NEUTRIX* produced a portable Tungsten grinder, that is both environmentally friendly and able to grind quality points on Tungsten electrodes for TIG and plasma welding.

The storage case along with the moderate weight make NEUTRIX ideal for working on site.

Neutrix is the only machine that is equipped with an integrated dust filter, thereby protecting the operator and the environment against the unhealthy dust produced during grinding of the electrode. The filter is replaceable.

Due to the use of an electrode holder NEUTRIX is able to grind electrodes as short as 15mm with a standard electrode clamp, with a special electrode clamp as short as 8mm can be ground. The use of the electrode holder also ensure a precise and centred tip.

Neutrix is equipped with an inspection cover enabling the operator to see the grinding operation. Neutrix is easy to operate, set the required grinding angle, secure the electrode into the holder using the locking device. The electrode is now set so as to minimise the amount of grinding required (0.3mm removal).

As something quite unique NEUTRIX is equipped with an eccentric plate, which makes it possible to adjust the grinding position on the face of the wheel, this triples the life of the diamond wheel.

NEUTRIX is supplied in a case fully equipped for use, electrode clamps for 1.6, 2.4 and 3.2 diameter tungstens are included, other sizes are available. NEUTRIX is CE marked and is manufactured to meet all EU directives.
